Scientific Author is a dynamic scientific project dedicated to the scientific community,  developing tools to facilitate the creation of scientific documents by mathematicians, scientists and engineers around the globe.

Our tools are frontends, a visual, like a WYSIWYG LaTeX editor, and a free equation editor for LaTeX users.  and aim to accelerate and facilitate the digital authoring process,  and will integrate seamlessly with LaTeX workflow with support for popular document preparation systems like MiKTeX.

Our  LaTeX editor is called Scientific Author, it is a structured document editor, which allows creation of document parts, sections, LaTeX environments like the tabular environment, table environment, and figure environment, and math environments like array for matrices,  allows creation of cross references and bibliography and support for math symbols and AMS LaTeX symbols.

Our free tool is the Equation Author equation editor.  It enables users to create equations and copy the LaTeX code to other LaTeX editors.  It supports different types of parenthesis and brackets, fractions, subscripts & superscripts, integrals & set theory, math accents, math symbols and AMS LaTeX math symbols.
